On Sylvia Chesak’s eighth Christmas she got a camera, causing her whole perspective of life to change. A lot of kids choose to be a ballerina or police officer, but Sylvia chose to be a photographer, thanks to her rich history in travel and a long line of male photographers before her. Sylvia is proud to be the first female photographer in her family, and is trying to convince other girls her age to stand up and defy stereotypes. Check out a few of her amazing photos.😀
