Hello? Who’s there?

I don’t know what it is about a phone call. They fill me with anxiety. I don’t answer my phone when it rings. But I love them in films and TV.

Phone calls are a moment of being alone while also connected to someone far away. I like this paradox of connection and isolation. I also like when actors hold something totally fake to their faces and talk as if something terribly important is happening.

To summarize, I have no frikkin’ clue why I made this series. But I did it, and I hope you like it.
