Certain situations can cause more negative energy than others. 5. BECOMING MORE CRITICAL OF SELF AND OTHERS AROUND YOU
As we said earlier negativity is contagious and when you’re negative people around you are gonna feel it and people become easy targets for spreading the negativity. When we’re alone that energy can often lead to us critiquing ourselves down. Solving this problem is by recognizing your mistakes and then refusing to engage with thoughts and emotions to cause our critiques.
6. STAYING ISOLATED AND FEELING ALONE
When people are caught up by negative energy they tend to isolate themselves from the world and from their loved ones. It’s healthy to be alone, but not for too long because there is a high chance you’ll get trapped in the negative cycle which can lead to more serious consequences. Solving this problem is having in mind that a lot of people care and having a negative cycle is not the way to go. Family or friends are always with you and there is no need to be alone.
