That's very nice, but it really needs the little girl to complete it imo.

I love this. It reminds me of my friends parents. Her dad had to leave for a bit to find better work, and he said he would come back. 5 years later, mom's lost hope and is dating a new guy, when she sees the original standing on their porch. He came back.
