Robert Julian Mueller is an award winning director and published photographer. Born and raised in Germany, he discovered his passion early on at the age of 12 years, when he started taking pictures and shooting his first short films. After graduating high school, he went through several internships in the film industry and at photographic studios, where he worked on set and in the post-production department for brands such as Wacom, Nespresso, Thyssenkrupp, John Deere, Johnson Controls, Nikon and more. During this time Mueller was able to develop his individual handwriting with a distinctive, textured style. Before studying photography, Mueller wrote and directed his first professional short film “Shutter” in 2015, which screened at 20 festivals around the world. His international clients include L’Oréal and Gelareh Designs.
