Hi, My name is Miki and i’m an illustrator who also happens to be vegan. After failing to find simple online resources to help me with my plant-based diet, I decided to create my own! My work is meant to help people learn about plant-based food in a fun and simple way. I am now turning these illustrations (and many more!) into the first ever illustrated vegan guide book called “Simple Happy Kitchen”. It is launching on Kickstarter September 13th. Get more free and printable illustrations on the website.

And saves the lives of all the animals that can now eat and drink the water and live in the forest!
There is omega 3 in walnuts, chia seeds and flax seeds, but how much do you need to eat to have enough omega 3. It is not abnormal to eat 100 gr of salmon, but you do not eat 100 grams of walnuts in one go? Just wondering if you can get enough on a daily basis plant based omega 3?
There's also milk made from peas, peanuts, banana and hemp!
Hermoso excelente trabajo gráfico y de investigación, mil gracias!
Vegan athletes don't have to outperform non vegan ones for reason of training and not diet. There are many vegan athletes and winners in great shape who don't need to achieve Olympic Games cause they have different purpose of life. But I'm pretty sure if some of them would want to achieve it,they could. Just saying....
While I do find the vegan thing quite interesting and I'd be willing to try some vegan foods, I will never go full on vegan.
