They Bought A 20ft Christmas Tree, And Found A Brilliant Way How To Fit It Inside

This year, Twitter user @aidanswalt decided to up his Christmas tree game so he got himself a 20 ft one. The only problem – it didn’t fit inside his living room…

His idea was simple, yet brilliant: they cut it in half and strapped the top part to the roof, giving it the desired “through the roof” effect. This creative solution instantly went viral and has already been retweeted more than 40,000 times. Lets just hope that Santa won’t get confused and leave all the presents on the roof. If you’d like more creative Christmas trees, check out this list that we’ve compiled earlier.

I don't like the idea of cutting a tree. People should use artificial trees because we need more green these days.

Don't worry, pretty much 99% of Christmas trees are taken from these tree type farms, not chopped down in the woods. Also plastic = waste

This reminds me of 'National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation'. That scene when the father unties the branches was so funny! Fortunately this couple had a much better idea that Mr. Griswold.

Wait, So did they cut a hole in the roof or cut a portion and stick it on the roof. Either option it would look strange when not Christmas.
