This 16-Year-Old’s Instagram Will Make You Want To Drop Everything And Travel The World
Jannik Obenhoff is a 16-year-old aspiring landscape photographer. He lives in Germany, a country blessed with lush forests, foggy mountain tops and clear blue lakes. Jannik has been loving the great outdoors all his life and started capturing the majestic views since the age of 13, when he first took up photography as a hobby.
When not studying, Jannik likes to wander around Germany taking stunning photos of it’s nature and sharing them with more than 200k of his Instagram followers.
“If you won’t go out and explore, you won’t see how beautiful nature can be,” Jannik cleverly said on Instagram’s blog and we truly believe each word. Whilst not exploring, be sure to follow his Instagram for daily wanderlust-inspiring views.

Me trying to be a photographer: "Let's take a photo of that tree" *takes a photo* "wtf why is the tree not even in the picture"
These pictures are worth a million words... I'm speechless. I want to know where that white castle surrounded by snow is?
This castle is the inspiration of Disney's Cinderella castle.
Load More Replies...the picture with the house build in the cliff in in Switzerland.
Load More Replies...Beautiful photos, but I can't help but think that this kid must lead a pretty privileged life to be able to travel, and visit exotic destinations like this at the tender age of 16. The camera alone and the thousand dollar lens he's using isn't coming out of his pocket. I appreciate the photos/art, but it's hard to tell folks to put down everything and travel when you're still a teenager.
All this places an in the same region of Germany, so going there by car only takes a few hours. Our country isn't that big. Within around 8 hours cardrive to the north Germany looks totally different... eckernfoer...6359a5.jpg
Load More Replies...Seeing that photo of Neuschwanstein Castle, it feels crazy that I was actually there just a few months ago
I see some pictures taken in Switzerland aswell. Like the hotel build inside the mountain.
Load More Replies...He is unbelievable these photos are stunning I am a 16 and I'm still trying to learn how to do photography
the restaurant aescher wildkirchli is in the alpstein mountain, kanton appenzell, switzerland. that's NOT germany.
Danke Dir, lieber Jannik, für Dein junges und unverbrauchtes Auge!! Die +405k auf Instagram sind wohlverdient, mach weiter so und las´ Dich niemals beeinflussen.
What a great places. The reason for wanting to travel is an inner motive and it is related to the question of why, whereas more specific motivations determine the answers regarding where and type of holiday. Travel needs and motivations also underpin the first expectations and may influence the final outcome of a holiday: it turned out better or worse than expected compared to the level of satisfaction of the generated needs. Obviously once a travel need has been satisfied it ceases to exist.
I think everyone would already like to drop everything and travel, even without seeing these pictures. Some of us have to work for a living.
