Hello and thank you for visiting the Privacy Policy page, where we explain how we handle the information you provide to us, what information we collect ourselves, why we do it and who else we trust with it. It also tells you how you can exercise your rights regarding your own data.

When you use our products and services, by browsing the site, registering to have an account, logging in, commenting and such you do so under the policies we outline on this page. This Privacy Policy only covers the use of the personal information (personal data) of the visitors of the site and is not intended to provide information about all of our processing of personal information (e.g. processing of personal information of candidates, employees, suppliers and their employees).

Lithuanian company UAB Pandos, company code 303589891, is responsible for the processing of your personal information described in this Privacy Policy (data controller). When we use the words ‘we’, ‘our’, etc. in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to this company (contact details are provided at the end of the Privacy Policy).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you provide to us and for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate, correct and complete. If there is any change in the information you have provided, you must inform us immediately by e-mail. In no event shall we be liable for any damage caused to you as a result of your providing incorrect or incomplete personal information or your failure to inform us of any change of the information.

Our services are aimed at a general audience. We do not knowingly target, collect, use or share information that could reasonably be used to identify children under the age of 16 without prior parental consent or consistent with applicable law. By using our service, you confirm that you either are of legal age or have an applicable consent.

3. Newsletters

If you have given us your consent, we will send you newsletters and will use your email address for this purpose. Your personal information will be processed for the purpose of sending newsletters for 2 years from the date of consent. Direct marketing communications are sent (your contact details are processed) on the basis of consent.

Personal information processed for the purpose of direct marketing will be transferred to the data processor MailerLite Limited. Since the headquarters of Mailerlite are established in the USA, this can result in transferring your personal information to the third county (USA).

You have the right to opt-out of receiving newsletters at any time by contacting us at the email address provided in this Privacy Policy or by clicking unsubscribe button provided in each newsletter.

4. Personal information of general website visitors (cookies and other tracking technologies)

Our website use cookies and other tracking technologies. A cookie is a small file made up of letters and numbers that we place on your browser or on the hard drive of your computer with your consent. The information you provide to us via social media (including messages, the use of the “Like” and “Follow” buttons, and other communications) is controlled by the operator of the social network.

When you visit Social Media Accounts, social network administrators place cookies on your device that collect personal data. Cookies are stored both if you are a registered user of a social network and if you do not have an account with the relevant social network. We do not have access to the personal data collected about you and can only obtain statistical information from the administrators of the social networks about the traffic of the Social Media Accounts.

Headquarters of the majority of the social media networks administrators are established in third countries (mostly, USA), so visiting our Social Media Accounts may result in transfer of your personal data to third countries (mostly, USA). We recommend that you read the privacy notices of third parties and contact the social media networks’ administrators directly if you have any questions about how they use your personal data.

6. How the information may be shared?

Your personal data may be transferred to our data processors, such as IT or cloud service companies (e.g. when we rent servers from an IT company, your personal data will be physically hosted (stored) with that IT company). We require our data processors to ensure adequate protection of your data and ensure that they process your personal data only for the purposes for which we have instructed them to do so and only under our written instructions.

Personal data may also be transferred to recipients who act as data controllers (separately or jointly with us). For example, social network operators, banks, payment service providers (for payments for paid services), etc.

We will provide you with information on the action taken following your request for the exercise of your rights without undue delay, but at the latest within one (1) month of receipt of the request. Depending on the complexity of the request and the number of requests received, the aforementioned time limit may be extended for a further 2 (two) months. In this case, we will inform you within 1 (one) month of receipt of the request of such extension and the reasons for it. The company will only refuse to exercise your rights in cases provided for by law.

If you exercise this right, we will, at your request, transfer a copy of the data provided by you to you or to a data controller of your choice.

You have the right to object when your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (for each of the above purposes of processing, it is indicated on which basis the data is processed) or for direct marketing purposes.

We do our best to provide as clear and complete information as possible and we undertake to update this Privacy Policy if the process of using personal data changes. We ensure that only upon receipt of your complaint, we will contact you within a reasonable period of time to inform you of the progress of the investigation and, subsequently, the outcome of the complaint.
