As someone who struggles with anxiety, my art has always been a therapeutic outlet—a way to navigate and make sense of the overwhelming emotions that often accompany mental health challenges. This illustration is a reflection of my own experiences, capturing the raw and sometimes painful reality of feeling broken. Yet, it also embodies the profound beauty that can emerge from our struggles. The yellow flowers growing from the cracks symbolize hope, resilience, and the strength we find in our vulnerabilities. Through my work, I aim to connect with others who may feel isolated in their battles, offering a reminder that they are not alone. By sharing my journey and the therapeutic power of art, I hope to create a space where we can all find comfort, understanding, and the courage to heal together.
