Young Couple Aged 70 Years With Make-Up To See If They’d Still Love Each Other

Tavis and Kristie, a twenty-something soon to be married couple, were aged 70 years by makeup artists and then revealed to each other. Their reactions are touching, and their answers to the director’s questions are insightful. Each of the 3 makeup sessions added about 20 years to the couple’s age, bringing them from their late 20’s to their 90’s.

Not silly at all. After 30 years of marriage, I too was touched by the poignancy of imagining a whole lifetime shared together.

That's not silly, she had me at "my Mom gets to see what I'll look like at then...cause she probably wouldn't be alive to see me at that age." Or something like that, I'm crying right now so I don't remember what she actually said.

This was my immediate thought as well. Lusting is done with eyes, among other things. Real love is done with the mind, heart and soul.

I hope every couple who marries makes it all the way to the end with each other but I especially hope these 2 do. they seem to be so in love and they seem like they would put in the actual work to make their marriage stronger when things get rough. most people quit on each other at the slightest bump these days.

I agree with Rick and Troux but mostly Cynthia. Because, over time, love does things we can't understand. - and things we cannot synthesize with make up. Don't depend on the superficial early on in the relationship when dedication to another changes you I think.
