World’s Biggest List Of Vampire Movies For Halloween

Tales of vampires have been around for hundreds of years. Stories of the creatures and their current appeal originated over a century ago when Bram Stoker published his novel “Dracula” in 1897. The quintessential vampire tale! Victorians were drawn to Stoker’s vampire tale of sex, death and violence much like viewers of today as seen in Bram Stocker’s Dracula of 1992. The perceived eroticism of vampires continues to appeal to many. Especially around All Hallows Eve.

Romanticized vampire portrayals can be considered dark side dating. Anyone in the market for the newest supernatural coupling has tons of options to choose from at the Sinister Cinema website.

For devoted vampire stans, I have discovered the biggest most awesome list of all sorts of vampire movies on the Net. Take it from me, Sinistercinema.com is worth the binge. Here’s the ‘big list’ with something for everyone; denoted where subtitled or where there’s an R rating. Some with links and some without but they all air on the Sinistercinema.com website.

In addition to their vast video library, Sinister Cinema’s sister company, Armchair Fiction, is dedicated to restoring and distributing classic ‘genre fiction’ from the past. Its fully-illustrated, ‘extra-large’ paperbacks bring back vintage science fiction, horror, and mystery from many of the great masters, all presented in the spirit of the classic Ace books releases of the 1950s and 1960s. Armchair Fiction currently has nearly 500 paperbacks available on their website and through Amazon.com. I saw that the Hardy Boys are back and reminded me of that series one Christmas from my Aunt Dorothy in Kansas. Lots of memories and lots of classics and some not-so-classics, in other words, something for everyone. Check out the site you will be glad you did. It’s the best place to find vampire movies and so much more. Everything you need for an awesome Halloween movie night, or any other movie night for that matter.

Author’s note: Couldn’t have written this piece without the input of Tina Janke, marketing maven at Mid-Town Marketing, who has been a close personal friend of Sinister Cinema founder and movie maven Greg Luce for decades.

Hey there, Pandas! My name is Diana (though some prefer to refer to me as Diane, Deanna, and even Liana sometimes), and I am a Community Post Moderator Lead for Bored Panda. As my position title states, I am one of the people (employed Pandas for bamboo) over here who work with the community side of things on this website to ensure all is well, and while at that, I also help various creators and artists get recognition for the incredible work they do by connecting them to a large worldwide audience. Other than that, outside of work, you can find me brewing a nice cup of coffee, making a pizza from scratch, or baking brownies. I also love traveling, concerts, and cats (heavy on that, because I am a cat mom).
