Woman Secretly Marks Soup Container To Catch Chick-fil-A Workers In Bizarre “Karen” Video
A furious customer at a Chick-fil-A drive-through recorded the tense interaction she had with the fast-food restaurant’s employees while she complained about her soup order.
The woman said she wasn’t given a spoon with her soup and that her meal had turned cold as a result. Therefore, she wanted workers to remake her soup so she could enjoy it warm with a spoon.
“I asked them if they could run it to me, and I walked to the door, and it was locked, so I said, ‘Hey, can you run it to me?’ at the little screen thing, and they were like, ‘No…we can’t run it to you,’ so I’m just like, ‘Can (you) remake it now?” she can be heard explaining to the Chick-fil-A staff from her car.
“I had to stop eating my fries to drive back around,” she adds. “[It was] that serious.”

The customer was then handed what seemed like another container of soup, but she had her suspicions.
As she explained to the workers, she had marked the bottom of her container to know whether she’d be given the same soup or a fresh, warmer one.
“This is the same soup. I marked the bottom of it, just in case y’all tried to give it back to me. Also, this is all being recorded,” the woman warned.
“So make sure y’all do the right thing, please. Y’all gave me back the same soup.”
She then began insulting the employees. “You know what, bro, make sure she don’t f**k with my s**t for real.”
“You got me?! You got me, though?! Cause you’re f**k around back there. Stop having an attitude. Do the right thing. You gave me back the same sh**.”

The video, reuploaded by TikTok user @sarah_conner1, was viewed 3.8 million times, with many people reacting in disbelief at the customer’s attitude.
“Working in the food or retail industry is the worst,” one person commented along with a crying emoji.
“Yeah, it’s annoying if your stuff isn’t hot or you don’t get a spoon, but that lady is disgustingly entitled,” somebody else wrote.
A third TikTok user said, “Yelling at Chick-fil-A workers is crazy. They are literally the most unproblematic people ever.”
Someone thought a cold soup didn’t justify her behavior towards the workers, writing, “Over Chick-fil-A soup? Girl, get a life.”
However, others supported the woman, arguing she was right in acting the way she did after not being pleased with her order.
“Nah, I’m on the customer’s side. I’m tired of eating cold a** food because of missing utensils,” a separate user expressed.
Another person agreed, commenting, “I don’t play about my Chick-fil-A, either!”
Then, someone else suggested that the chicken restaurant may have a policy of not giving customers any utensils unless they request them. “Do people not know that most places can not give you plastic utensils unless you ask?”
Many people thought the customer’s reaction was too extreme

Load More Replies...The really fun part is that the people she's yelling at in the drive through don't touch the kitchen. That was the decision of someone in the kitchen, not the front end. Also, speaking from the experience of working in multiple CFA's, we don't have any microwaves on the premises. So what they did is toss the old soup from the container, then reuse the container to put in fresh soup. Still not great, but also not what OP claims happened.
Or they didn't bother heating it up at all... Honestly, I don't think anyone in the story looks good. The shop shouldn't be reusing the cup and she sounds really picky about it. I'm also not really sure how the soup would be cold if she's still eating fries. If the fries are still hot, then the soup shouldn't be cold because it wouldn't have had time to. If the soup has had time to go cold, then surely the fries have also gone cold? So she's willing to eat cold fries but not cold soup? Cold fries are more gross than cold soup. At least in my view.
Load More Replies...I went to a chicken place once years ago. I think the chain has closed down now. I went thru the drive up, ordered a dinner, with fries & applesauce as the sides. As I pulled away from the window, I smelled green beans. I stopped & looked - I had green beans and no applesauce. Restaurant wasn't busy, so I pulled back around to the drive thru. I explained the issue and handed them my dinner. Clerk took my dinner, walked over to the warming table, scraped the green beans out of my dinner into the pan of green beans, then refilled the dinner compartment with applesauce. It had only been a couple minutes, but she had no way of knowing what I had done to the green beans while I had them. But she happily dumped them in the pan to be served again. This might explain why the chain is no longer in business.
