People Are Amused By These 15 Screenshots Of Wikipedia Tables Of Contents That Come Without Context Shared On Twitter
People have always been taught to consider things in context and to consider different perspectives of a given issue, but screw that, sometimes taking things out of context just for kicks is good old-fashioned fun.
And what better way to do this than to use Wikipedia tables of contents? I wish I was making this up, but it was a thing for a very short period of time in internet history when Twitter user @ZeeZeeMooMoo posted a screencap of the table of contents of the Wikipedia article for the 1859 Pig War.
If you know what it’s all about, this all looks rather normal, but picture knowing nothing about it, knowing absolutely no context. It does make you wonder how the heck is this a thing, how did whatever this article is talking about come to this, what happened, now I need to know?!
The short-lived, but still noteworthy little thread is all neatly posted in a curated list below for your enjoyment, so check it out, vote and comment appropriately, and tell us what you thought of it in the comment section!

This would have been a lot more interesting if the context was actually revealed. As it is now, it's weird, but also incomprehensible.
