When you engage in a physical activity, it stimulates brain chemicals like dopamine that are responsible for making you feel good. It may also increase the production of serotonin, which can help reduce the symptoms of depression.

For many individuals, exploring new places can evoke a range of emotions and experiences. A 2021 study published in the journal “Tourism Analysis” found that going on frequent vacations makes people happier.

The study found that irrespective of factors like age, gender, income level, or level of education, among others, travel frequency has a strong correlation with overall life satisfaction.

I'll be traditionally downvoted for my opinion, but, actually, teachers work really hard and it's quite difficult to maintain discipline among younger students even without external distractions. Fun pictures on bananas - yep, cool, but in the cafeteria, not in the classroom

Teacher should be INCLUSIVE not ban a parent. Ask other parents to join in, even make extra for those parents who don't feel they have the talent OR are just too lazy!!!!

I used to do that to my ex boss only I just drew googley eyes on near the stem and propped it up in his pen cup so it was looking at him. He never once mentioned it. Could be he never noticed 😕

I wish. I wish I could find someone like this so very much. Someone to, not just do big things with, but little things. Like holding hands as we grocery shop. Or letting my fingers trail over her waist as I walk past. Laying her head upon my chest as we watch TV. The big things are great too, but the little things make so much. Some of my most favorite memories are of those rare times I had someone in my life, and I'd wake up to put my arms around her and she'd snuggle up against me and we'd just lay there.
