That one day, I will no longer be in control of my own mind and body, becoming a fragment of my former self.

Or, getting hurt and watching a worm leave the wound.

I'd be scared of that if my best friend wasn't so f*****g stubborn about caring about me and loving me he's an a*****e. Also, you're a great person, and the only one who can't admit that is you. Get over it, just accept that you are a good human being and you deserve love and kindness

I mean I'm scared of everything and my actual biggest fear is something I'd really prefer to not mention, so I'd say being abandoned and being alone really scares me. It's not at all a rational fear, I have a reliable friend group and I'm good at befriending people quickly if I ever need to talk to someone, but there's probably a reason I've developed that skill.

My greatest fear is that one day the building I’m in will catch fire and I’ll be trapped inside and can’t escape on time. Another fear of mine is ending up in a nuclear accident and dying from radiation poisoning

Large open empty spaces. The opposite of claustrophobia. Also my loved ones dying first

Losing someone you love to that is a nightmare. Not to lessen the message, but "Shoeicide" is a word I never thought the world needed until you posted it.

being alone, which is funny, because I’m an introvert and pretty shy (in track live lmao 💀) but knowing that there is NO-ONE that I could call, or message, or talk to, especially in scary situations, terrifies me

here are some more :) drowning (i love swimming though???), natural disasters, people that I love dying (includes friends), public speaking, fire (the big ones, not campfire. thinking about losing all my possessions, pets, and possibly family terrifies me :D), not being able to transition, most diseases (had ANOTHER panic yesterday about getting tetanus), and many, many more (anxiety am I right? 💀)
