Danes Live A Normal Life With Coronavirus

Everyone thinks Danish people are like aliens from out of space. True, they don’t get that small talk, but you should stop reading everything else foreigners write on the internet. You should stop listening to foreigners in Denmark – period.

Danes are a very happy, very typical, very social community. When I think of them, I think of music. Music plays a massive part in Danish daily life. I love to photograph them while they are relaxing, dancing, having their hygge moment.

Actually. I dont know when these pics were taken. But I can assure you that its not at the moment. We are no longer allowed to be more than 10 people gathering. Every bar, cafe and restaurant is closed. The streets are empty and everybody is scared and is staying home if they can. I am a healthcare worker and has been taking care of the elderly at a nursing home and we are on full lockdown. No one but the personal is coming in and out and its the same at the hospitals. I think these pics make us seem like idiots and actually we are not.

Nobody thinks Danes are from outer space. And also, nobody should be carrying on as normal during coronavirus. It is irresponsible to suggest that people can carry on gathering and socializing without consequences. Such behaviours pose a considerable risk to themselves and others.

What is the use of this? It's a collection of undated photos that absolutely do not reflect the current situation in Denmark. Is it some sort of revenge from Trish Regan who got ridiculed over her stupid report on Denmark? Or is the tangerine toddler still sulking that Denmark wouldn't sell Greenland? Or is it just plain jealousy on the happy life that Danish people have?
