idk just answer

This is not a worst story, just my story, which is kind of funny? Just do not like seeing posts ignored.

This happened more so in my twenties, for context I am a heterosexual male. Especially in the age group I was in, if single it was the norm to talk about women, brag sometimes, and to always be on the lookout to try and score. As I did not do any of that, did not act in a typical way, had plenty of female friends, on more than one occasion people took me to the side enquiring. "Are you gay?"

Not about me, but my friend.
Person: oooo do you have a crush on (other person)? When are you gonna get a boyfriend???
Friend: No, stop, I'm aroace I've told you a million times
Person: you sure? I feel like maybe you like someone and are just saying that because you don't want to tell anyone.

Like really? Why can't people just be left alone sometimes? She's also been told by multiple people that she'll probably just grow out of it. Makes me mad.
