Yeah, you’re right. BP isn’t a place for political debate. I still see a lot of it though. Pops up every time someone wants to make fun of a politician or refer to a really nice one. Or when someone makes a joke. No, I am not familiar with your phrase. I am rather new to this earth and haven’t had enough time to educate myself on general knowledge of politics and their related phrases, or pop culture. Also, how are you sure they don’t hold their beliefs by logic or facts? Ignorance? Lies? Stupidity? All of the above? If a person holds certain beliefs despite an overwhenling weight of evidence to the contrary then they become emotionally held beliefs more closely related to that person's social/religious/political identity than they are to real-world information and data. It's cute that you're trying to play dumb and draw me into a debate, but it's not going to happen and to be honest, the only one projecting passive aggression, is you.
