Well done to all these people. And before someone starts saying that this is "fat/overweight shaming"- it is NOT. Obesity should be battled and not promoted. No, you shouldn't be a skinny model, with bones sticking out, stay as natural as you can, but dont be unhealthy with your weight either!
I've been losing weight with my boyfriend thanks to an excellent program, and it is NOT food deprivation. I think it won't be available for a long time, so take the quiz and watch the video now! ==>>> https://tinyurl.com/yb5d2g7h

Yes it is your sickness costs everyone in insurance premiums as well as other shared costs, we live in a society.

it's really interesting to see how people seemingly care about your wellbeing when it is about your weight or size. if someone is unhappy with his or her body and decides to work for a change, it is totally okay! at the end we all are working on ourselves in one way or another...or not. but for me it is so false-faced to hide ones personal aversion against so called fat people behind a pretended care about their healthiness. I mean: what is "natural"? what is "healthy"? and why do you REALLY care about all that? I think that this issue is so much more complex...
I like most how people look so happy with themselves, it's not losing weight, but gaining confidence and self love 😊
Sure, I understand that, but also being confortable is a reason to loose weight. Find clothes that fit you, sit on a regular chair, take a run without getting breatheless, etc. Don't take it the wrong way, please, I totally get and share your point. Have a nice day!

Load More Replies...As someone who is overweight and needs to lose it (I have lost some already) I love these. They say to me, "you can do it, and the results can be good." It's not just about health or how you look or anything about self-esteem - it is also about just life being easier to deal with if you are slimmer and fitter. That is all I want.
Congratulations to all these people! For some it must have been a very difficult and frustrating period! The results are fabulous!
This is sooo inspiring! All you people who shared your pictures thumbs up!
I really hope I can be on this list in a year... I've struggled (still) with losing weight, incredible how being overweight can cause mental problems etc. This keeps me inspired to restart my journey again. You guys are a massive inspiration. Thank you.
First I want to congratulate all of these folks for their hard work and self-discipline. But I also want to mention that I think a number of these pics already show people (especially women) who are TOO THIN. Also some of the comments posted encourage women who look perfect as they are to "keep going". Being underweight is just as unhealthy as being overweight--and it NOT something that our society has a clear grip on. Women (mostly) have body-image issues......meaning we often do not have a clear picture of what healthy weight actually is. Because of the Fashion Industry we think women are supposed to look like skin and bones. But nature actually does not agree. Having about 5-10 pounds of nice curvey flesh is a normal natural thing for a young woman, and this number increases after childbirth, and again after menopause. I am not saying that we should be obese. But there is such a thing as too much weight loss.
congratulations to all these people who decided to make a change in their life.
Good job people. Losing that amount of weight is no easy feature!
well, all this sensitive hurt feeling eggshell talk here, all I have to say is, I bet they feel 100% better and are more comfortable with all that weight off.
Very inspiring! Shows that you can do it! I just wished people realised that weight has a lot to do with body type and genetics.
I'm struggling to lose that last 13lbs ; -; this makes me more motivated for sure
I've been watching a show about obese people. I couldn't believe how much they ate. I am starting to count my meals now because I am obese but could never eat as much as some people do that are not as fat as I am. But maybe I have a false impression. I am wondering.
1/2 of the b4 and after pics were not of the same person. The 1st pic shows a woman with a tat on the right, the after has it in the left..
The first picture is in a mirror. Do this many people really not know how mirrors work?
Load More Replies...Nice job! But what do they do with excessive skin? They wear clothes that covers most of the body at nearly all AFTER snaps.
The before picture is a mirror selfie. Mirrors flip things. Dumbass.

Load More Replies...What exactly would the point be? That's like celebrating someone because they never ever went hungry in their life. What was their accomplishment? Besides, In most cases, people don't TRY or WANT to be fat, it's just that they can't afford healthy food or their bodies are more prone to gaining weight, and they work extra hard to lose weight.
Load More Replies...Ugh god shut up. Some women are happy being bigger, that's on them. Some women have a hard time losing weight. Some just don't want to. It's none of your business and this comment is stupid.
