Silvia Pelissero is an Italian painter and illustrator best known as Agnes-Cecile. She was born in Rome in 1991, where she went in an art high school, focusing on her creative endeavors.

She has continued as a self-taught artist, creating gorgeous, breathtaking watercolor portraits, outlined in white ink, her own signature style.
