50 Times People Decided To Go All Out On Valentine’s Day With These Creative Decorations
Valentine's Day invites people to celebrate love and affection in all forms. It gives an additional excuse to shower your special someone with attention and show them just how much they mean to you. And adding festive decorations to your home is an excellent way to start it off.
From soft lighting to fun photobooths and heart-shaped garlands, there are many ways to make your home feel special. Whether you prefer classic, romantic, or playful decor, the important thing is to create a warm and inviting atmosphere that the two of you can enjoy together.
So, in preparation for this year's Valentine's Day, we at Bored Panda decided to put together a list that should give you multiple ideas for setting the mood. Enjoy!

To learn more about how couples can make the best out of the fourteenth of February, we contacted John Kenny aka The Relationship Guy, who helps people to create healthy loving relationships.
"When it comes to Valentine's Day, there seems to be the misconception that you need to do something of a grand nature, to overly celebrate as a sign of your love," Kenny told Bored Panda.
"But, the best thing to do is to do what you know each other will like and what will mean the most to them."

If you are still stuck for ideas, Kenny suggests using The 5 Love Languages as a starting point. "Consider your partner's primary love language and make a decision based on what will mean most to them," he said.
"If they prefer your time, then make time to spend with them, if they prefer acts of service, then do something nice for them. If they prefer touch and intimacy, then make sure you do something where you can be close to them physically," he explained.
The key thing, according to Kenny, is to do something that makes them truly feel how much you care about them.

However, if you are single and it's somewhat bugging you during this time of year, The Relationship Guy pointed out that you can find friends that are also single and go out to have some fun together.
"Don't sit around wishing you had someone to spend the day with as it will just make you feel alone and possibly trigger you and any self-doubt or self-worth issues that you have," he said. "Remember that a relationship doesn't complete you, it complements your life and who you are."

Another Valentine's Day Table For This Year
While it's nice to see people having fun with this season I definitely have more subtle tastes. I didnt realize that valentine's day was so decorated. Also, a side note, I thought helium was a finite resource that at this frivolous pace will be gone within 30 years.
A couple of the displays are done with regular air. Like the one with the hearts balloons on the wall.
Load More Replies...When did the whole decorating the house for Valentine’s Day start? A card and a present is enough surely. It’s not a national or religious holiday.
It is actually a religious holiday in part. That's why it's proper name is St. Valentines day.
Load More Replies...While these are all lovely, the majority of them look like they've been set up for Instagram and nothing else. They seem so cold and unfeeling. The genuine ones are easy to spot and really sweet.
If I gathered up every heart and romance related thing I own, I might be able to come up with a single ornament. Some people have too much time/space.
And money. Consumerism just creates more trash.
Load More Replies...Wow, there a a lot of bummer comments here already. Decorating for Valentines Day is a way to inject a little color and fun into what can be a long, cold, dreary month.
I guess people in America take Valentine's Day way more seriously than they do where I'm from. Decorating, special displays, and over the top red and pink, everything with hearts on it.. it's only a commercial thing here. People might buy flowers or maybe a card but nothing else really. Seems so odd to me!
I created a giant candy display at work. Its adorable https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTRGLb8hq/ and my house is decorated. I decorate for all holidays and love it so much. It's super fun and keeps your decor fresh.
