It is completely okay to have different opinions about music or food or anything else for that matter. It is also normal to not agree with one another. But there are some people in this world, who may have gone too far with their opposing views or are just trying to get on everybody's nerves. Recently, people on Twitter started sharing their unpopular music opinions, and some, while weird, are still acceptable, for example, standing by their love of country music. But then there were some who's opinion are simply outrageous, from calling the Beatles overrated to saying all rap music sucks, these people are definitely trying to stir up some arguments, and well, they succeeded.

I prefer video game/film music, I find it stimulates my imagination and is often well composed (John Williams especially)

Both songs with lyrics and instrumental songs can be immensely powerful!

The whole reason that it's popular is because a lot of people like it. You shouldn't be shamed because you're adding on to the list of people that like the song

I hate elitist fans who pretend they're somehow better because they liked something earlier than someone else

No it really isn't a sad story, he just met the girl Delilah I don't remember maybe at a party, trough a friend and he told her would write a song about her and she would go to the Grammys with him if they got nominated which they did, he had just broken up with his gf, called Delilah and with her boyfriends blessing she went to the Grammys with him. The end. She was literally a muse.

The best songs on Earth? Sweetest, innocent, cutest? Maybe. BEST? You've got to be joking?

I like the Plain White T's but there are better songs than "Delilah." "Should've Gone to Bed" is super fun! "Rhythm of Love" is classic, and "Helium" is is very moving, if you read the lyrics on a different level. But "The Giving Tree" is a masterpiece.

one of my favorite songs--sweet, simple & reminds me of one of my sons with his wife in the beginning of their long-distance military relationship. ah, the simple days when love was young & new & life was full of expectation! now it's mortgages, car payments and those wonderful babies! life has to change, but as long as we can take those trips down memory lane through music, it helps me keep things in perspective
