You can never overestimate the importance of gift-wrapping! Not only beautifully wrapped gifts look more attractive, it can also save your ass in case you give someone a really lame gift, because the action of unwrapping gifts itself is one of the best parts of receiving presents.

However, because there are so many different occasions (Christmas, birthdays, Valentine’s day, etc.) the beautiful wrapping paper with Santa you bought for Christmas probably won’t work for Bob’s birthday.
