Cosplay is truly becoming its own form of art with thousands of people investing time and money to create elaborate DIY costumes. And making a well-crafted cosplay costume is not that easy as it can require a multitude of skills, from sewing to crafting, from hair-styling to body-painting and makeup. But like many social media accounts and dozens of cons and competitions show, the number of those who have harnessed those skills is growing and growing, and the creme de la creme of the cosplayers world keeps pushing the limits further and further.
Yet perhaps those meticulous outfits of the most popular heroes have given us a very one-dimensional understanding of what cosplay is. After all, many people now judge the worth of a cool costume by how accurate or aesthetically appealing it is. Well, this Instagram account gives a look at a completely different genre of cosplay, where unusually famous characters are brought to life.
Mira Park posts under the name “beebinch” and her best cosplays are certainly eye-catching. One might look at her gallery and say that they are definitely unexpected as her ideas are original and, best of all, humorous.

Some were super fun and creative and some i felt were just an excuse to be 'sexy'. Not that there is anything wrong with being sexy, I just thought most of the originality kinda fizzled for me.

I agree, especially when Cosplay is supposed to MATCH the orginal character but she chooses a swimsuit over pants....;. the original character wore pants!!! So either Cosplay that character or don't

These started off fine, but then started getting really disturbing. Some of these really shouldn't be turned into "sexy" characters.

attractive woman thinks she can wear and look like anything and will be praised for it. Some are ok, most are weird, a few utter fails. But slack jawed hormone driven boys will forgive anything because.. girl... as a whole its sour and a fail.
