well yeah, when you have experience you know how to do things better, look at South Korea and Taiwan, they had SARS years ago, so they knew how to deal with this one. I watched a documentary on this a long time ago. It was built in a really windy place, Dubai I believe. The building is shaped to help guide wind towards the turbines. And the bridges are designed to expand and contract since the two buildings will shake and shift a little differently than one another in high winds.
