Safe to say that the Salyers make up quite a unique family. It all started when identical twins Brittany and Briana met identical twins Josh and Jeremy at a twin festival in 2017. A year later, Brittany married Josh and Briana married Jeremy in a double wedding ceremony. What is even more surprising is that the sisters became pregnant only a few months apart and both gave birth to boys.

While technically the two boys are cousins, any genetic analysis would identify them as brothers because their parents are identical twins on both sides! The Salyers are quite active on Instagram and never fail to surprise their 160K followers with mirror-like pictures of both identical couples. Scroll down to see their unusual-yet-adorable family.

As a photographer, I can honestly say, yes use the unique tool that you have but also break it up a little. All of these images have the same things in common. The backgrounds are a little too pristine. That's the minimum and less obvious thing.

There are many benefits to being identical twins, but people constantly assuming you are the exact same people is definitely want not one of them. If you and your twin wants to marry other twins good for you but to bring your children into this kind of environment is just awful. I’ve seen some of the videos they post end it seems like they’re always trying to come off exactly the same even though it’s not natural. TL,DR I feel so bad for the kids

i have identical twins. But I would never wish that on them. We raise them as individuals from the start. I just find these couples embarrassing.

Could genetically testing decide if they are brothers or cousins? as they have the same 4 grandparents and the parents are all identical?

Genetically they are brothers, i do not think that a dna analysis would figure out that they are cousins.

It seems like they don't have an identity beyond being twins and it seems like they will continue down that path with their kids which is deeply disturbing. Children need, and should be encouraged to develop their own sense of identity.

I see that people are still getting lots of exercise reaching for things that aren't there and jumping to conclusions. Being twins is their shtick. Of course, they are going to dress alike and do twinsy poses. My sister and I weren't twins and my mom would buy my sis and I the same outfits in different colors. No big deal. They are twins and their kids are practically the same age. It's fun. Live and let live people.

That is nice. I know a couple of identical twins and I know that they were really sad when they grew older and married and werent together again. Like this all of them stay together :)

There are a set of older ladies in my area who are twins. You rarely see one without the other and they are always dressed alike. I don't think people truly understand the bond that some twins share.

I was raised to believe it's wrong to force twins to match clothes, but now it doesn't bother me what other families do. My children aren't twins, but they *LOVE* wearing matching clothes. If one of them comes out of their room wearing a college t-shirt, the others run back into their rooms to change to match without anyone prompting them. For them, it's not a big deal, it's just fun. I think these photos are cute.
