I have adhd and trouble with executive functioning along with depression and anxiety last year I was in the psych ward for a month for attempting suicide.

I had no people who helped me. I was 11. Help people who need it.

I hope you're doing better? I knew at age 4 I didn't want to be here. I'm in my 50's now. The darkness will always be with me and some days are better than others, but I manage. I was always afraid to live, to be too happy because I feared it would end. I have people, I'm loved. I hope you are able to have a good life and that you'll want to have a good life. Peace.
