Tree Change Dolls is a unique project created by Sonia Singh, an artist from Tasmania. The project focuses on recycling old and forgotten dolls, giving them a new down-to-earth style. Sonia works with popular Bratz Dolls, completely transforming their appearance to a more natural look, free from exaggerated makeup and excessive glam. These revitalized dolls are then sold in Sonia's Etsy shop, bringing joy to their new owners.

I always thought Bratz dolls looked like the walk of shame, in doll form.n
Wholesome and beautiful instead of cheap and trashy. This is what our children should idealize instead of the whore couture look.
This one is just adorable! And think of all the cash she'll save not having to buy all those fake lashes!
IMAGINE HOW HARD IT WAS TO CONTROL THAT AWFUL PLASTIC HAIR. or did she put new hair in?
the teeth on the after doll look realistic, not just a white band. i like it
I LOVED these! Such a more realistic and beautiful look than caked-on make-up!
Profound congratulations to the artist. You have an exceptional grasp of the human face and its diversity, and you can transfer "real" human faces into the doll world , which is intentionally not quite "real", but designed to support imagination. Wonderful, touching faces- I would like to know these children. :-)
Bratz dolls are so trashy looking. They're like Barbie's younger, troubled sister who hasn't learned how to put on makeup
I never understood why dolls made to look like porn stars were marketed to children. The sculpt of the faces are revealed to be quite nice without the tacky makeup.
And now you've found the secret of most doll manufacturers
Load More Replies...What a meaningful change. Early years are impressionable years. Whatever you give your child will shape their perception about the beauty unconsciously. I think, it is not a coincidence that despite of their fresh look, young generation is very eager for facial modification. They are not confident in the most beautiful era of their life, if they don't have exaggerated female appearance, especially girls.
Is it OK to admire a talent and be jealous of that talent at the same time? You have a wonderful and beautiful skill
The proportions are definitely weird on the younger dolls, but the artist did a pretty great job with everone else. Suddenly the dolls have more normal-sized eyes and noses. Did you notice that some of the orignal dolls didn't even have a nose?! Taking a look at my own face in the mirror, the noses and mouths are a bit low in referenece to the eyes, but that is how Bratz designed the dolls. They just made the eyes ridiculously huge to make the proportions appear correct.
Load More Replies...The dolls, as they have been transformed, look so much more like actual children than they did originally! I’d be pleased to let any child in my care play with these dolls, instead of dolls designed to look “cool” in a way that really isn’t cool at all!
One of the few things the ex hubs and I agreed on: NO BRATZ DOLLS. They looked trashy lol
I've always hated Bratz dolls with their creepy giant eyes and their stupid duck lips and tiny bodies. I forgot they also made male dolls complete with "butt chins." Idk why toy makers insist on such uncanny designs when they could make dolls that look like real humans (they can still have cool clothes and accessories that kids love without being so disproportionate).
