Traveling and taking pictures are two of my favorite things in this world. Just an introduction of myself, my name is Guido Gutiérrez Ruiz and with my Instagram account,  I like to demonstrate you don’t need a professional camera in order to take a nice picture.

Many people don’t like rain, but the puddles left behind can be more than magical. Every time I see a puddle I take out my smartphone and put my camera lens as close as I can get to the puddle and capture its parallel world. These are some of the puddle reflections I have taken in different cities.

With the use of a smartphone, one can take a beautiful picture that tells its own story.

It's all about perspective!! Most of these puddles are no larger than the palm of your hand :)

The sky is always interesting and dramatic when there are clouds. (When my son was some five years old we spent six weeks on Paros, one of the Greek islands. After over a month of endless clear blue skies, he looked up and saw something white and fluffy, turned to me and asked: "What`s that?")
