Island, three hours flight from Paris and you are in the middle of nowhere, alone, dazzled with colors and lights, respectful front so much natural beauty as it so stays, and happy.

At five years old, Fabienne ROLLAND drew dresses and houses... Her double vocation was born. After her secondary education, and one year in an School of Fine Arts, she went to study interior design in Paris and began its professional life in 1982. She bought her first camera in 1984, during a stay of two years in Iceland. The light, the colors, the magic of the landscapes contrasted by this island is durably going to inspire her photos.

I'm sorry, but this is not what Iceland is like. The filters on these photos are out or control, and there are dozens if not hundreds of tourists at every one of these locations. It's beautiful, but overcrowded to the point that there are line ups to see some waterfalls.

Yes you are right !Iceland is now crowded but in 2011 it was not yet the case. So you should avoid the safer crowded spots and go in the wilder inside country areas (where we went) and where there is nobody!!For your information I am not using filters but I reinforce slightly the contrast as many photographers do. FR.
