This makes me miss my cat soulmate, Milo, so much. When I picked him and held him, if I said, “Give me a kiss,” he would headbutt my face and purr loudly while I kissed the top of his head. And he slept in my arms at night! He’s been gone a year and a half, and it still hurts so much.

My cat likes kisses. She buttheads me which is sooo cute!

OK - dogs be loving that but cats looked like only about 50/50

No matter what you do dogs will always love you back, cats they really love you back or wtf are you doing hahaha too freaking funny!!! :hahaha this is the only trends I approve

Just tried this with my cat. She was like "Dude, this is the 10th time you kissed me in the past 15 minutes! Can't a cat just sleep in peace???"

I love how all the dogs were so happy after it happened and most of the cats were like, "DID I TELL YOU YOU COULD KISS ME? DID I?"

some of my cats have loved kisses- they come to realize it means i love them and they enjoy the display of affection. my dumber cats don't get it and don't want it lol.

As far as social media trends or challenges go, this one is pretty adorable.

My daughter's dog has me as her emotional support grandma. She gets anxious and comes to lick my face when I'm lying down.If I kiss her back she has to climb higher on me to get closer.

For both cats and dogs - some of them read you putting your mouth near them as a threat. If your cat bites you when you do this - that's why.
