So BP often posts articles against bullying but now it posts comments of bullies insulting an entire generation?

I wish I had that much time and energy to waste on hating other people. And even if I did, I still wouldn't. What's the point of being an a$$hole? People on one hand say that everyone is equal no matter the gender, skin colour, sexual orientation etc etc. On the other hand, they hate people for what they like and the generation they come from. Double standards much?

I get annoyed by Gen Z calling anyone over 35 a "boomer".

Some of these were funny, but as I scrolled down I was overwhelmed by the feeling that prejudice against the "other" is absolutely EVERYWHERE. Feeling kinda sad now. But I will hold my millenial head high and use whatever emojii I like. #pizzaislife #adulting #ravenclaw4thewin

Maybe we can stop with toxic posts about rivalry and hating other generations? I come here for fun content and not to read about one generation bulling another one. Every generation has great people and idiots, we should concentrate on the great people and write articles about them.

What a pathetic post. I'm Gen X and I find people of every generation fascinating. We can all learn from older and younger folks. I do NOT understand an entire list of crap bashing a generation. WTF? Get a life.

Why are some people so obsessed with their birth year being the only thing that defines them? I don't get all this rivalry at all. Who cares?

I'm a boomer and have found all of these arguments stupid and irritating. The worst is from people of my own generation being absolutely clueless about the changes in the U.S. due to government abandoning its responsibility to the public good in favor of crass capitalism, and complaining about things like why can't people live on minimum wage when it's literally 1/3 what it was in the 1960's in real money terms. But also thinking that people in different stages of life will always be like they are now is just being willfully ignorant...The Millenials aren't buying yachts and diamonds and killing those industries! The Gen Zs are all working fast food and worrying about the expense of education and that's all they will ever do until they die of old age! The Gen Woodlidoo are all obsessed with glamming their nails and Legos and always will be!! The Gen K-X-1121 can't lift their heads or digest anything except mommy's milk or commercial formula and will kill the restaurant industry! C'mon

This was a weird post, just let people live their lives, and that goes for everyone, Gen z or millennial. Yes, both generations have annoying traits but that shouldn't stop us from getting along. Also, I kinda hated this post, the comments were just millennials and gen z's arguing and insulting each other. I thought BP was supposed to be a place with no bullying but lately, they've just been pitting people against each other.

I think the rivalry started well before us. I remember my Grandfather talking about why he retired from teaching at 56. He said it was because he wanted to get out of the profession because all the ''touchy feely baby boomers'' were taking over.

I am rather grateful that I never feeled like belonging to a "generation", however that generation might be called. Living without generic stereotypes to fullfil and generalized expectation about people of a certrain age surely makes matters much easier.
