It's singlehandedly the most glorious case of "f**k around and find out" in recent legal proceedings to me and an absolute joy to watch this absolute fuckbasket get hoisted on his own petard. His whole argument for the debts being discharged was "I didn't get a chance to defend myself properly". Broski, Alex, dude, you DID have a chance to defend yourself but you WASTED it by IGNORING COURT ORDERS AND NOT COMPLYING WITH DISCOVERY. You made your bed, and thank the lord the complainants' lawyers are smarter than yours (y'know, the same guys who sent your text messages on accident and never clawed them back despite being alerted to their mistake?) because they made sure you can't use bankruptcy to avoid lying in it.
