Everyone knows the story of the Black Beauty, beaten, abused and no trust in people. Training horses has not always been a very kind business, but luckily the world is changing. More and more people are using natural ways to train horses. This style of training creates a whole new bond between trainer and horse; one of love, respect and trust. As a retired trainer myself, I am so happy to see more and more people utilizing natural horsemanship when working with their horses!! Horses deserve to be treated with respect and dignity! If you earn a horses trust, there is nothing they won't do for you! They are the most unique in all of the animal kingdom, as they willingly enter into a partnership with humans. We owe them a debt of gratitude!! Our entire civilization has been built upon their backs!
