Hey, I’m Daena. Travel has always been the most important thing to me, see the world and become inspired by the colours and life that unfolds. I noticed that each city I lived in had its own collection of beautiful colours and textures, unique to that place and its people. I am creating a project based on each of these spaces I go. First stop Lyon.

I noticed that the houses all were painted subtle and muted tones. Even to the clothes they would wear would have a sense of minimalism to them. There is a real sensuality there that I think comes across in the culture. I really wanted to capture this in my work.
