I always say, rapists & murderers should be used on science experiments instead of innocent animals! Only this way they could serve society!

Those police that did not do what they should have need to be held accountable. I hope an independent party investigates and if need be the mother sue them so they are on notice to take these children seriously and do their jobs. Those who hurt her also need to be held accountable as well as the school. I hope this family find some closure and peace.

Bullying this day and time has gotten so much worse from when I was a teen and tremendously worse than when my mom and dad were teens. These little shits now a days are just ruthless and cruel. It needs to be a law that schools have a mandatory class for teens to attend each year from middle school THROUGH high school that teaches them (by a psychologist) how detrimental and wrong bullying can be. This must be done since parents are not doing their job to teach their rotten little kids not to bully others. I had to dramatically alter my life because my son's school did NOTHING to help him when he was being bullied in middle school. He couldn't take it anymore, so I pulled him out and have home schooled him ever since. He is happy and healthy but has missed out on so many experiences because of bullying. God bless that woman and my heart and condolences go out to her. RIP sweet girl! 💔

IT IS HORRIFYING! Plain and simple. I am the mother of a 16 year old autistic son. He is in an 8:1:1 class at a regular high school (that has more than 1,000 students!). We sit in his CSE meetings, in which ALL of his teachers and the vice principal is present, and they sit and tell us, UNFLINCHINGLY, "There is NO bullying at Greece Athena High School". THIS is the attitude of ALMOST ALL of the public schools! DENIAL! SWEEP IT UNDER THE RUG! I am hopeful that this sweet angels life will not have been lost in vain! THIS IS A WAKE UP CALL SCHOOL DISTRICTS!!!!

The painful truth is that bullying was just a part of it. What really killed these increasing number of minors was the power of social media. Let's accept it and always be warned of it. Keep your children informed about the harms of loging in to different sites and apps. As they say, always think and hundred times first before you click.

Im Kassi Pierre, similar to what I'm facing right now in the U.S. I have a lot of mental illnesses , I am disabled i have Major Depressive disorder, anxiety, Bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, Psychosis, and a possible new diagnosis being Shisco-affective I've been staying at hospital for months with treatments for the past few years, I feel like a prisoner. Afterwards I was raped, twice and i am constantly being street harassed and molested. I couldn't leave the house or finish my university. It became a bigger problem when i try to commit suicide. People don't want me to be gay and forcing me to be straight that's why I was raped and I'm not allowed to meet other gay women. persecuted and I think the government is involved. I think there's nothing more emotionally painful than losing your child. I once heard "a mother should never have to go through the pain of burying her own child". This story is truly heartbreaking.

What a terrible thing to happen and I hope that Karma does catch up with those who perpretrated this, because I have very little faith in the fact that they will feel remorse, certainly not for some time to come, maybe one day when they have their own children, but sadly I suspect that they will still find this funny/amusing/something to boast about and/or continue to denigrate this poor girl's name. It deeply saddens me that there is so much hate out there, and that worse yet it is being passed on to our children. I was taught to respect other people young or old and to only do to others that I would be prepared to have done to me - christian teaching maybe - but I prefer to think of it as the basis of living in a humane and peaceful way, it is such a shame that more and more this ignored, maybe because of it's religious connotation, or maybe because it's easier just to do what you want, when you want and damn the consequences, especially if those consequences are felt by others ...
