This isn't too accurate... Peameal bacon sandwiches are a just a stereo type and something you generally only see at a fall fair or something in southeast Ontario.... And my wife is from northern Baja Mexico and Caesar salad??? More like fish tacos

Americans call peameal bacon "Canadian" and some are genuinely flummoxed when they order bacon and eggs and get...bacon. I remember when I worked in a diner (a VERY long time ago) and having to explain that if they'd wanted ham they should have ordered it. *sigh*

As a crazy food lover and an Indian, I most DEFINITELY recommend Momos. Don't go to a restaurant and eat them, you have to go to the streetside stalls and eat them freshly made. They are delicious!

Same! As an Italian Texas expat I have a hard time liking something that doesn't quite constitute as chili or spaghetti. I will however devour a slab of goetta as long as I remain ignorant to its ingredients.

How do you get a Kiwi and an Aussie to fight each other? Ask them which country invented the pavlova. If you wanna add fuel to the fire, ask about Russell Crowe and Phar Lap. Blood may be shed. Consumption of alcohol is not recommended.

That and street crepes. Consider that the sandwich is beautifully cured and cut ham on a baguette that came of of the oven less than two hours earlier. French cultured butter is some of the best on the planet. So yes. A sandwich and an espresso will keep you going all afternoon.

Missing from the Australian list are sausage rolls, chico rolls, and the Aussie pub classic (even though it's Italian...) chicken parmisana. For dessert there's a choice of vanilla slices, fairy bread, Iced Vovos, chocolate crackles, finger buns, and a strange type of cake that only seems to be eaten in Victoria, and the name of which currently escapes me (perhaps the other Australians here can help?). On the serious side, we do have some stunningly good resaurants - and our beers, wines, and whiskies are world-beating.

Brazil has a lot of other nice food. An the "churrasco" (Barbecue) is in the wrong region (it should be at the South - Argentina and Uruguay made the difference). It should have "vaca atolada", "pão de queijo" and the humongous table that Minas Gerais' people use to have, in ALL meals...
