Red hair, any exposed skin waaay more likely to be burnt than tan and non exposed skin, maybe a slight glow. I'm fairly certain I'm almost phosphorescent.

Nah, it's Pippi! They even mention in Pippi in the South Seas when she takes the Tommy and Annika to Kurrakurradutt Island Tommy and Annika turn very brown and all of Pippi's freckles join to become one large freckle that covers her entire body. :) Pippalina Longstocking would never do something as ordinary as getting a sunburn!
