Yujia Hu, a young sushi chef from Milan Italy, sees sushi differently than everybody else. He came up with the idea of turning iconic film characters, celebrities, singers, basketball players and other athletes into onigiris, the triangular rice balls popular throughout Japan. Yujia also tend to make amusing puns with his creations such as Jackgiri Sparrow or Johngiri Lennon.

His unique creations are made for Sakana, his own Japanese restaurant in Milan, so if you want to request an onigiri of your favorite pop culture figure, don’t hesitate to pass by!
