Having to grow up in a small town in the Philippines, and having a veterinarian father, I had the chance to see nature up close. I have always been fascinated with animals and nature since I was a child. And by creating my illustrations I can share my love for nature and a glimpse of how I see things.
Instinctively I use people or an animal as a base, and by adding different kinds of elements that normally does not go together, but somehow from the way I see and imagine it and from my perspective, it creates a nature inspired surrealism, and something that may have been from a dream.
Aside from my family and friends, what motivates me most is the idea of knowing that my work inspired and influenced a lot of people, artists or not. It gives me comfort that I was able to share my ideas, thoughts and dreams and my love for art and nature and that all those people will be inspiring other people as well.

Most of them are not, but from time to time people do ask if they can use if for their personal tattoos :) Thank you
Load More Replies...You are absolutely amazing ! I love the double exposure effect in some of them .. Keep going !
I have an "adult coloring book" that I believe is by the same guy. Imagimorphia or something like that. I want so many of these as tattoos!!
Sadly I am a different person :) but I know the guy you speak of, his name is Kerby Rosanes and he's a brilliant artist!
