These people do horrible things, to a healthy mind killing another person, even an enemy cannot be easy. Why do you think soldiers get PTSD? Therefore, is it a bad thing to tell these people that what they did was for a just cause and we appreciate them taking care of maybe the next Hitler? I don't agree with he glorification of the military in general, nor idolizing anyone. But I do think it's fine to give thanks and appreciate people who are doing things that are arguably for the greater good, and is incredibly dangerous to themselves.

I think it's GOOD if someone is killing bad people who will harm innocents. And if you go all "Oh who decides what's good" - It's ME! I do! It's my sense of morality. I'm not saying "This is how we will run a government" or anything, just that I personally feel that killing can be justified if you're killing the right people.
