Steven Spielberg’s daughter surely had an unforgettable experience during her first-ever courtside NBA game, but it probably wasn’t in the way she expected.

As Destry Allen Spielberg sat in at the New York Knicks game at Madison Square Garden on Monday night (March 17) against Miami Heat, she angled her body towards her friend as the man next to her — Tracy Morgan — vomited all over the floor.

Highlights
  • Destry Spielberg, Steven Spielberg's daughter, had a viral reaction to Tracy Morgan vomiting beside her.
  • Tracy Morgan assured fans he was okay after the incident, sharing an update on Instagram.
  • Morgan was diagnosed with food poisoning and thanked the MSG crew for all their help.
  • The Knicks game was paused for 10 minutes after Morgan's vomiting.

Her reaction was meme-worthy to say the least, looking the opposite direction in disgust as she sat just one seat away.

But her sincerity shone through in a follow-up message.

“Genuinely so glad hes okay,” she clarified. “Honestly thank you for making my first courtside game one to remember. I will definitely never forget this one.”

On various X tweets, those on social media have been zooming in even more on the 28-year-old’s hilariously repulsed face, with some comments poking fun at the situation.

“She the best nepo baby ever,” one person wrote. “I never even heard of her.”

“Thoughts and prayers for that poor girl,” another joked. “She must be traumatized. I hope people are reading the sarcasm in this comment.”

The unexpected scene additionally raised concerns for Morgan’s health, but the comedian has since assured everyone that he is A-okay.

He was tended to by medics after he threw up during the first half of the basketball game and later wheeled away to the hospital.

A few spectators also noticed the actor looked distressed as he held a towel to his face, reportedly seeing blood leaking from his nose.

“Thank you for all your concern!” he wrote. “I’m doing ok now and doctors say it was food poisoning. Appreciate my MSG family for taking such good care of me and I need to shout out the crew that had to clean that up. Appreciate you!

“More importantly, the Knicks are now 1-0 when I throw up on the court so maybe I’ll have to break it out again in the playoffs.”

Accompanied alongside the message was a shirtless photo of Morgan smiling into the camera as he gave a thumbs up, electrodes visibly attached to his chest. Strategically placed on his left shoulder was his phone with a New York Knicks case.

I don’t get it. As a migraine you’re, I’m unfortunately VERY familiar with barfing, and never ONCE in my life have I surprise vomited. There’re ALWAYS warning signs (mouth watering insanely is the first). Has he never thrown up before? Do people really suddenly barf with no warning? Maybe I should consider myself “lucky”?
