Hey Pandas, what is/was your experience having a step parent growing up? I'll start....
My Dad ( step ), ex navy man, came into a family of 5 females - mum and 4 daughters, 48 years ago when I was 10.
That man never once told my mum " they're your kids, you deal with it" etc, gave all of us away at our weddings, loves and protected us like a big papa bear, we were and always will be "his girls". I have the utmost respect for any man who can Dad like this man, whether the kids are bio or not.

While my mom never married, she did have some boyfriends
1. My sperm doner. I don't remember him
2. Abe: turns out he was physically abusive to her but was really doting to me. Creepy
3. Gabe: He was nice ig, I didn't get along with his daughter tho
4. Darby. Creepy and her current one. I hate him.
My experience, and younger siblings......started getting brutally raped and sodomized when I was in the third grade, younger sis, was in first grade, sweet precious baby brother, was barely four. It continued for six+ horrible years. I hope he's burning in hell now!
