Star Wars has one of the biggest audiences of any franchise and there are hundreds, if not thousands, of diehard fans. Some people are such big fans that they want to make sure that knowledge of the masterpiece gets passed down through the generations. One father on Twitter recently shared his excitement over his own offspring’s interest in the Star Wars series, despite the child being only 20 months old.

Brian Altano tweeted out a humorous image with a caption that said: “My 20-month-old daughter is really into Star Wars children’s books and toys right now (which is awesome!) but the way she’s been saying the names of everything is my favorite part.” The picture showcased 11 Star Wars characters, each with the name that the daughter uses to describe them.

While everyone had a good laugh at the names the 20-month-old gave the iconic characters, an unexpected response emerged from none other than Mark Hamill, who played Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars movies. He encouraged the young fan and asked the father to give the child a hug from him. Unsurprisingly, he signed the message with a humorous “love always, Goop.”

Even the tiniest ones, as one man showed in his Twitter thread

Brian liked Hamill’s response so much that he printed out the tweet and framed it in his daughter’s room. And we totally understand the sentiment.

And Mark Hamill, the actor who portrays Luke-er- Goop Skywalker, replied!

Reminds me of my ex's nephew. He called Human Torch "Hot guy" we tried to correct him, but he would give that adorable toddler glare and say "No! Dat's hot guy!" When little ones come up with names for characters it's the cutest thing ever.
