These look good however some if these signs are for safety and shouldn't be obscured because it could cause accidents. I don't think some of these are very responsible

I totally agree - all of them are on the street for a purpose, that is why I only make serious changes only to the ones which I have at home

I should really look out for those when I walk in the city centre. Because they are not in the down town area, are they?

they are not in the very heart of the city due to the delicacy of their insertion, but you may find some of them in the not-so-central areas :)
