Artist Dan Tanenbaum used a plastic model of a skull with a removable plastic brain, assembled it, then covered it with over 3,000 vintage watch parts making an awesome looking steampunk skull. To finish it off he piled some watch cases on top of each other to make the spine. The top of the head is still removable to expose the brain.
