I Use My Skateboard And Camera To Capture The Spirit Of The American West Coast
It was the busiest year of my life, and the summer was coming to a close. The urban sprawl of Toronto concrete had left a grey imprint on my mind. In the digital age, as an Editor for The Plaid Zebra, I’m lucky enough to take my work on the road for a few weeks—and road-trip season was on its way out.
I realistically couldn’t afford it, but rather I lose money than another year without seeing someplace new. I hopped on a plane to Vancouver, where me and a few of the other editors would catch a bus to Seattle, grab a rental car, and pin-ball down the West Coast. From Seattle, to Portland, Redwood National Park, Yosemite Valley, San Francisco to LA, this is what I came back with.
