I think it's because the west is so (relatively) peaceful/rich for so long now. People can now afford to keep themselves busy by creating new trivial frustrations which weren't even an issue/priority when your country is poor or at war. Since when is projecting what you would or wouldn't do onto other people a thing? Can't you say "This isn't for me, or "I" wouldn't feel comfortable doing and leave it at that? Why do those spoiled people have to try and change/influence other people to copy their character? Seems very nosy and egocentric. Just keep yourself busy with your own life. If it's so boring you have to continuesly judge others then get a hobby.

The people complaining about this are also the ones that want breastfeeding mothers to sit in toilets to feed the baby. Women aren't allowed to be women, proud of themselves in all their variety of form and function. I don't get it. Now in the times of social media and the overexposure of people's privat lifes that followed from it, some people are still shocked by something Demi Moore did 26 years ago?

I understand why some female celebrities want to share naked photos of themselves, but I don't understand it for a successful and strong woman like Serena. Why? What for? If her aim is to show pregnant women can be beautiful and sexy too, she can do it without going nude, she could also instead adress many issues pregnant women around the world have to face, that would be much better mission.

I agree it's an invasion of privacy. Why don't couples want to keep this occasion private and deeply meaningful between themselves?

The beauty of the female body, pregnant or not, has always been the main object of art. So where is the problem here?

Leave her alone. it is her decision, and you people don't get to run her life. If people don't think posing in the nude pregnant then don't do it, but don't tell someone else they can't.

When I first saw the photo with her hand covering her "bosom" I thought "well, maybe she just needs the support." But then, the photo with the orange poncho suggests she gets along just fine without it. I will say that in the magazine photoshoot photos she looks like an icon - a living statue, whereas in the photos with her boyfriend, she looks like a person.

Well my only beef with it is that people around the world have kids every day but we all don't post pictures of it because it's our private joy and not for all the world to see

She is not usually in trashy mags, etc. She keeps her private life private, but to get an opportunity to be photographed by a legend? Why the hell not? She is celebrating her happiness. What an inspirational, strong woman. We could all learn a lot from her.

Well, enjoy beautiful body shots now because after baby body is a no joke disaster for a lot of women...sagging, drooping, stretch marking in places you would never have guessed even if you are in excellent physical shape prior to pregancy.
