Well, I must say, fantastic news to my ears. Not being American, if I were I would have voted for Mr., J Biden, especially once I knew he loved dogs, perhaps the new president, could make some changes for the laws, pertaining to stronger punishment, I have always felt that , the laws were far too soft, also, in some cases, the number of pets allowed, in homes should be reduced, I have had dogs, now I have two cats, all of them were rescued, my point is the cost, so too many simply means, not enough money for food and care, therefore, that needs to be discussed, if I had more money, I would have more pets !!!

Did this have a point? Hitler was another corrupt and evil man that loved dogs. Vegetarian, too. Having a dog does not make you decent.

Having a rescue only proves that Uncle Joe has a good, genuine heart. This is a couple, who are real people who relate to the middle class because that's where they came from. Not inherited wealth & never worked a day in their lives.
